2024 Sustainability Award: Gesteco among Top Sustainability Rankings
Gesteco Spa, for the second consecutive year, has received a prestigious accolade at the 2024 Sustainability Award, further solidifying its role as a leader in environmental sustainability and innovation. This award, sponsored by Kon Group and ELITE, with Azimut Italia as the main partner, celebrates Italian companies that stand out for their commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.
In the 2024 edition, Gesteco distinguished itself in three out of the five Sustainability Award rankings:
- Top 100 ESG Excellence: recognition of the best performance in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria, thanks to a holistic approach that integrates environmental objectives, social responsibility, and good corporate governance.
- Top 75 Innovation for Sustainability: awarded for an innovative approach and the implementation of advanced technological solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact and optimizing sustainable processes.
- Top ESG Leaders: listed among the leading companies for excellence in specific ESG areas, with particular attention to sustainable innovation, integrated ESG finance, and social commitment. Gesteco has been recognized as a concrete example of how innovation and responsibility can drive the ecological transition.
The award ceremony, held at Palazzo Mezzanotte, the headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange last October, was attended by over 300 corporate and institutional representatives. Representing Gesteco was Chiara Pontoni, the company’s Sustainability Manager, who emphasized the significance of this achievement in the company's sustainable growth journey.The recognition received by Gesteco at the 2024 Sustainability Award represents an important validation of the effectiveness of the company's strategies.
