As far as Gesteco and all companies within the Luci Group are concerned, sustainability is much more than a mere goal: it is a basic value that guiding every aspect of our business strategy and daily operations. We firmly believe that a sustainable approach is the key to long-term success and well-being of future generations.
EnAIP FVG and Gesteco launch GreenFor, the Sustainability Academy dedicated to training businesses that want to adopt sustainable practices. This new training hub aims to be a reference point for companies interested in embracing the principles of the circular economy and sustainability.
GreenFor is the result of the joint commitment of Gesteco, a leading company in designing integrated environmental solutions, and EnAIP FVG, a recognized entity for training and professional skill development.
This initiative represents a significant step in promoting sustainable business practices and aims to become a reference point for companies wishing to align with the principles of the circular economy and sustainability.
“Both organizations share a common vision,” says Adriano Luci, Vice President of Gesteco, “which views sustainability not simply as a goal to be achieved, but as a collective responsibility that involves all members of the economic and social system.”
The Academy aims to offer an innovative and accessible “place” where companies can acquire practical skills related to sustainability. “It seeks to address the challenges of the ecological transition through training that integrates theory and practice,” emphasizes Paola Stuparich, Director of EnAIP FVG, “promoting a holistic approach that considers the interconnections between environmental, social, and economic aspects.”
Gesteco nomination for the Sustainability Award 2024 results from the success achieved in the 2023 edition, when we were selected as one of Top 100 Performers. This highlights the importance of our efforts in reducing environmental impact and ensuring sustainable business practices.
The Sustainability Award is promoted by Kon Group and ELITE, with Azimut Italia as the main partner. The initiative is supported by ALTIS Università Cattolica, TIRESIA Polimi of the Politecnico di Milano School of Management, RepRisk, and Forbes Italia as media partners. These prestigious collaborations underscore the importance and credibility of the award, acknowledged at both national and international levels.
We will keep you updated on the results of our nomination.
The Academy's offerings are structured around three main areas, each addressing the fundamental pillars of sustainability: Environmental Sustainability, Social Sustainability, and Sustainable Governance.
GreenFor aims not only to train businesses but also to actively engage industry professionals, the local community, and citizens. Through events, seminars, and workshops, the Academy seeks to foster open and collaborative dialogue on sustainability, raising awareness and educating on the topic.
