Gesteco present at the UEB 4 WORK in Cividale

On Saturday, September 23, 2023, the Palazzetto dello Sport in Cividale will be the setting in which four important realities of the Friulian territory will welcome all interested parties to present their candidacies. There is a wide demand for figures necessary to cover different sectors and professional profiles.

During the morning, there is an appointment in which all those present will have the opportunity to directly get to know the leading companies:

The managers of each organization will present their own organization and the characteristics of the required profiles. In addition, interventions by Stefano Pillastrini, coach of UEB Gesteco, and by President Davide Micalich.

GESTECO deals with environmental investigations and laboratory activities, remediations and requalification of large polluted areas, demolitions, and prefabrication. It also manages waste disposal and recovery plants and provides consultancy in the field of environment, safety, and sustainability.

In particular, Gesteco is looking for and selects:

1. Process, management, and environmental engineers

We are looking for a figure for project management from initiation to completion. Specifically, planning, delegation, monitoring, and control. Among the main activities: evaluation and assistance in certifications with a good knowledge of environmental regulations, design of operational phases in the provision of environmental services, project coordination. Good organizational skills, ability to work both in a team and autonomously, problem-solving skills, and relational skills are required.

2. Environmental commercial technicians

In support of the operational management, the sought-after figure will be responsible for the following activities: establishing and cultivating commercial contacts, preparation of offers for environmental services, site visits at customer sites, registration in the company application, managing relationships with suppliers and client companies. Skills in environmental regulations, management of special waste in relation to the provision of services, and analyses related to waste management are required.

3. Plant maintenance technicians

The sought-after resource is required to have electronic and mechanical training, and a good knowledge of preventive and ordinary maintenance techniques. Good knowledge of industrial automation principles and good manual skills complete the profile.

4. Construction accountants

The sought-after figure will be responsible for drawing up estimates, recording activities carried out on site, drawing up passive SIL and SAL, sharing information on work progress with the Site Manager and the Construction Manager. Taking care of the accounting of works, updating project and accounts according to requested changes, and applying the contractual price list, according to the rules of public procurement work accounting. It will also be responsible for attributing costs and revenues to cost centers and supporting the Project Controller in preparing the project budget and subsequent updates.

5. General construction workers, earthmoving machine operators, and drivers

We are looking for individuals with CDE, CQC, ADR licenses and experience in using earthmoving machines in demolition activities. Passion and dedication to the work performed complete the profiles.
