Gesteco is among the first companies in Friuli Venezia-Giulia to adhere to the "Healthy Workplace Places - WHP FVG" program
Actions for the prevention of the main pathologies related to the world of work. And not only.
The initiative, signed between the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and Confindustria Alto Adriatico, is promoted by the WHP Network (Workplace Health Promotion) FVG, a project of the World Health Organization.
We are pleased to participate in this initiative aimed at promoting a culture of safety and health in the workplace. A "new philosophy" in which work environments become spaces for health education, promoting the adoption of healthy behaviors, from diet to active lifestyles.
Through the program "Healthy Workplace Initiative", the adoption of actions to combat smoking and other addictive behaviors is also encouraged.
Companies that adopt this virtuous model, which goes beyond legal requirements (health and safety in the workplace), and aims to offer employees healthy work environments, are rewarded.
A program aimed at promoting their psychophysical well-being and consequently, that of the community.
